• By ordering products on this website the buyer agrees to buy at the price and in the way described on the site. The seller's acceptance of the order is conditional on receipt of payment, the ability of the seller to provide the product or service and there being no error or innocent misrepresentation by either party.
• The Buyer is entitled to withdraw from this agreement and return any goods in the condition and packaging in which they were received within seven days of receiving them. Any payment which has been received for the goods will be refunded to the buyer within thirty days of the goods being received back by the seller; less postage costs, except where goods are faulty.
• The buyer accepts responsibility for judging the suitability of the product for the buyer's required purpose.
• To the extent permitted by law the seller excludes any warranties in relation to the product. However the buyer's statutory rights are not affected.
• Any sale or service is subject to English law and the sole jurisdiction of the English courts.

Postage and Packaging
A flat rate charge of £2.50 will apply to orders with a delivery address within the UK. Deliveries outside of the UK may be subject to an additional charge at prevailing rates. Customers outside of the UK should query postage charges prior to making an order.

Delivery Schedule
Orders are normally posted within 2-3 working days via Royal Mail. If an item is out of stock this may add to delivery timescales, therefore customers should allow up to 14 days for delivery. If it is unlikely we can satisfy orders with this time period we will contact you.

Note: Our top quality Inverse cycle clothing range is imported direct from Spain. We therefore stipulate a slightly longer delivery period of up to 21 days for these items.

Tax Charges
VAT is not charge on our goods.

Credit Card Security
To ensure your credit card security and to keep your personal information safe we use PayPal to process all on-line payments. You credit card details are not divulged or handled by us at any time. When transferred to PayPal you can check that your connection is secure by looking for a locked padlock icon or a solid key icon usually displayed at the bottom of your browser window. Your Internet Explorer will also show a security notice when enabled. You will also see that the display in the address window of your browser changes from 'http' to 'https'.

Guarantee & Returns Policy
We guarantee you will be satisfied with your purchase. If for any reason you are not satisfied with the goods supplied, a return will be accepted provided you contact us within a period of 7 days of receipt of your purchase and return the goods in a re-saleable condition, together with tags, any labels and in original packaging. Any payment which has been received for the goods will be refunded to the buyer within thirty days of the goods being received back by the seller; less the charge for carriage, except where goods are faulty. If any of the goods are faulty we will either refund the cost amount in full or send you a replacement free of charge. Goods damaged in transit will be replaced. Should you need to return any item to us for any reason please email us using the address shown below. These terms and conditions may be revised at any time and we reserve the right to do so. You are therefore advised to keep up to date with the contents of these terms and conditions. Nothing in these terms and conditions will reduce your statutory rights relating to faulty or misdescribed goods.
