Postage
and Packaging
A flat rate charge of £1.75 per item applies to orders
with a delivery address within the UK and Northern Ireland.
Deliveries outside of the UK are currently charged at £4.99
per item for the European Union and £8.99 per item for
Overseas (outside EU). Postage for additional items of the
same product (same size and colour) are charged at £1.75
per item regardless of destination.
Delivery
Schedule
Orders are normally shipped within 2-4 working days. If an
item is out of stock this may add to delivery timescales,
therefore customers should allow up to 14 days for delivery.
If it is unlikely we can satisfy orders within this time period
we will contact you.
Returns
Items may be returned or exchanged for another size / colour
or product within 10 days of receipt, so long as items are
returned in an acceptable condition for re-sale. Acceptable
condition for re-sale means items must reach us in a clean
condition (unused, apart from trying for size), along with
original bags / cartons and labels / tags attached. Once the
item has been received in a re-saleable condition, any credits
can be processed and made through PayPal. The purchaser will
be responsible for the cost of return postage and / or any
insurance they consider appropriate. Loss or damage of items
returned to us will be the responsibility of the sender. If
items we supply are faulty or damaged during shipping to customer
we will provide a replacement item or refund the cost of the
item and postage.
